Clare Otridge is co-owner of research agency Grounded Research - a people focused research agency specialising in the food supply chain. Before her career in research, she spent over a decade in marketing working across charity, leisure, finance and construction. She has a passion for behavioural science and understanding deeper meanings on why people do what they do, and don't do what they say they do and what that means for brands and organisations in research and marketing strategy.
