Head of Creative Partnership, The Elements Music

Dann began her career as a singer-songwriter working with notable producers and artists, including Ian Brown of The Stone Roses. In 2006 she sang a cover of Peggy Lee’s Fever and became the voice of the FIFA World Cup for Mastercard. The track was co-produced by Andy Carroll, who brought her on to run the advertising side of his music production company at the time. Dann joined international music house, The Elements Music, in 2016. and produced projects for global brands TikTok, Nike, Audi. Now, as Head of Creative Partnerships, she works on creative brand collaborations as well as supporting organisations like Create Not Hate, helping underprivileged young people break into creative industries, and supporting women in the industry in her role as Global Ambassador for Women in Music
