Andy has founded and grown (then sold and exited) two agencies in the last 20 years. The most recent of which, Crowd DNA, became a 100+ insights and strategy team, located in London, Amsterdam, New York City, Singapore, Sydney, Stockholm and Los Angeles, and creating culturally charged commercial advantage for the world’s most exciting brands. Dividing his time between Brooklyn and London, he’s now doing lots of consulting and mentoring, advising for the Museum Of Youth Culture, writing a book (obviously) and trying to work out if he wants to do the start-up thing all over again.
