Over 15 years, he has helped Iris become a 1,000 strong, £80 million global network - working with brands like Samsung, Starbucks, Adidas and Paypal to reimagine how they connect with people and culture. He has fought hard to build Iris' uniquely 'For the Forward' culture and drive urgent climate action within the industry, including building their Future Strategy sustainable transformation specialism. Most recently with Purpose Disruptors, he co-authored Advertised Emissions - a new report that calculates the climate impact of UK advertising.
