Ben Harwood

Ben Harwood is the European Creative Director at Feed and Co-Founder of So Far So Good. Feed is a digital agency that helps hungry brands stand out at speed and sell at scale; helping deliver conversion with heart. As Feed’s European Creative Director, Ben oversees all new business ventures and leads the global account for eBay. Managing a team of creatives across the world, Ben produces Onsite, Social, CRM and Display Advertising for 7 different regions. He is an expert in brand identity, positioning and digital presence with standout projects including using SVG animation to modernise Zopa’s digital shopfront and effectively communicate their broader product offering, and visualising data to digitise Virgin Active’s luxury experience. Other clients in his portfolio include Adidas, Spotify, Nestle and Gumtree. Ben took a short break from Feed to work at Hill & Knowlton where he helped steer the digital direction of their in-house creative studio working alongside its Creative Directors. His participation in a recent overhaul of Nestlé’s internal product helped to revolutionise their approach to e-Learning. He also worked with Go Ultra Low to transform the way they onboard new customers to Electric Vehicles, combining bespoke illustration with an innovative online form experience to convert people to greener transportation. On returning to Feed, Ben co-founded So Far So Good. The studio delivers insight-driven, digital first-branding and marketing for startups and trailblazers.
