Will is the Co-Founder of The Park, an award-winning experiential agency with offices in the UK and Australia. The Park works with brands that stand for something, and helps them prove it to their customers and internal stakeholders by creating ideas that focus on doing, not saying. Those brands include Pinterest, DreamWorks, Spotify, and H&M. Prior to founding The Park, Will was Controller of Marketing & Media at ITV, and has held several strategy and management roles in creative and media agencies globally. Will is an international speaker and regular contributor to trade press with a current focus on culture, process transformation, and how A.I. can enhance the creative industries, culture and society. Will is a fellow of the RSA and sits on the Marketing Advisory Board for the charity Missing People
